Our Policies

Drop-off/Pick-Up Times:

Drop-off times for Dog Boarding are from 7:00 AM-7:00 PM. This is so your dog can have some time to adjust to his/her new settings. Pick-up times are from 7:00 am-12:00 PM. Any pickup after 12:00 PM will be charged a half overnight rate. Any pickup after 5:00 PM will be charged a full overnight rate. 

Payment Policy / Cancellation Policy:

A 50% deposit is due upon booking to hold the client’s reservation for Dog Boarding and Vacation Care. The final payment for Dog Boarding and Vacation Care is due 24 hours before drop-off. 

A full refund is available if stay is cancelled by 12:00 PM 7 days before the service begins.

If canceled later than 12:00 PM 7 days before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 canceled  days from the cancellation request. A 100% refund is available for any additional days cancelled.

For holidays, a full refund is available if canceled by 12:00 PM 7 days before the service begins.

If canceled later than 12:00 PM 7 days before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 calendar days from the cancellation request. A 100% refund is available for any additional days canceled. Holidays include Memorial Day Weekend (Friday-Monday), July 4, Labor Day Weekend (Friday-Monday), Thanksgiving and Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

Early Return to Home or Late Departure from Home:

Reservations are made to plan for Dog Boarding and Vacation Care availability for the client’s reservation dates. Therefore, clients returning home early or departing later than the reservation will be required to pay for the full reservation amount of time, regardless of whether the client returned home early or departed later than the prior reservation scheduled. No amount of money will be refunded to client for early returns to home or late departures from home by client after a reservation date has been agreed upon.

Dog Walking and Potty and Play Visits

Cancellation Policy for Dog Walking/Potty and Play Visits:

A full credit is available if canceled by 12:00 PM 24-hours before the service begins. If canceled later than 12:00 PM 24-hours before the service begins, a 50% credit is available.

Pet Illness/Veterinary Care

The client is aware and agrees to the medical costs of any fees should they arise from animal(s) being ill or otherwise needing veterinary care.
